Touchpoint are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Event Delivery Manager to join our growing operations team.

About the Role:
This exciting role will have you deliver a variety of face-to-face, virtual and hybrid events. Touchpoint delivers up to 100 events per year, and this role gives the opportunity to immerse yourself in the end-to-end planning of your own dedicated event projects, providing exceptional services and technical know-how to clients.

This is a great opportunity to join a small, yet mighty, team and expand on your existing skills and knowledge of the events industry in a fast paced, yet encouraging, environment.
 

Core responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end delivery of contracted event services.
  • Configuration and ongoing management of all EventsAir elements relevant to the project. Including, but not limited to, interactive forms, online portals, communications, mobile apps and name badges.
  • Accurate production and management of all operational documents including project timelines.
  • Ongoing client liaison via project meetings.
  • Pre-event equipment configuration for onsite events.
  • Management of operational resources for event delivery including equipment logistics, bump in/bump out and team roles.
  • Attending events and acting as main escalation point for all contracted services.
  • In depth post event analysis including client debrief.
     

As the successful candidate, you will bring the following attributes/experience to the role:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in event management.
  • Experience using the EventsAir Platform, highly desired.
  • Excellent project and time management skills.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Highly professional with excellent communication and strong IT skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and a part of a team.
  • Relevant Business or Event Management qualification, highly desired.

Please note this role will require a flexible approach with some interstate travel and out of hours work required.
